Level 2 Aqua Class – A more strengthening and cardio-based class that incorporates various movements throughout the class. This class is a higher-intensity workout than a level 1 class.
Level 1 Aqua Class – Each water aerobics class includes a warm-up, cardio, strength-training exercises, and a cooldown. Level 1 has more emphasis on bodyweight movements and incorporating weights towards the end.
Get a total body workout in this light to moderate intensity workout that integrates cardio, strength, mobility and balance exercises. Chairs will be provided but expect to stand for the majority of the class.
A total body more advanced workout incorporating cardio interval exercises, strength for upper and lower body, and agility skills that help with reflexes and staying sharp on one's feet.
